He has been spotted in various videos and pictures attempting to harass and bait unsuspecting children with crude forms of trickery. There is plenty of evidence to convict this furry pedophile with a knack for evasiveness but we need your help in apprehending him!

Some of his more overt tactics are detailed below in amateur photographs, purporting free candy to lure unsuspecting children.
